Pros
Great people to work with on the shopfloor, can have a laugh and a joke. Plenty of overtime.
Cons
A lot of backstabbing from certain people on shopfloor, not everyone. A lot of agency workers so even when full time people get treated like agency. Production managers seem overworked which could be why they have a negative attitude. Wages are not great in maintenance compared to other jobs out there.
