      Smart people, collaborative, nothing more than that

      Cons

      The pay is well below what it should be considering how much you’re expected to work. It’s a small business which operates like a large one - meaning you’ll get stuck in a pay bracket and have no opportunity to move up.

      I wish I can list some pros here. The only thing that was good was the remote work setting

      Cons

      I cannot recommend it as a desirable workplace. The pay and benefits are substandard and the toxic environment is compounded by the lack of support from both unauthorized individuals and an absent manager. My time there was unpleasant and challenging.

      Lack of clear direction from the top too many finger pointers Some executives on team are clueless and do not know how to do their jobs to enable teams to work When stuff hits the fan, they look for a scape goat to blame instead of looking at leadership over promising/lying to the client
