Pros

Company has made recent strides innovating and making customers happy. Transparent culture with minimal hierarchy and bureaucracy.

Cons

The culture is mixed between newer employees with a passion for building and employers that just see the opportunity as a job

Pros

Very likeable team at every level. The CEO is one of the nicest folks in the business. This is a company where everybody obviously enjoys working with each other.

Cons

Probably a limited upside as far as growth potential, not really a candidate to be bought out
