Don’t retain A players, no good talent left. Favoritism and arbitrary bonus structure: Same team, same goal, you still get bonus and your teammates don’t, and the managers tell you not to tell your teammates. Bonus is a scam or recruiter is a scam. Poor management: managers avoid answering difficult questions. Bad products: make money from old people who don’t know how to use smartphones. Silent layoffs: place people on PIP so managers can tell you there are no layoffs. Creates unnecessary and unstructured processes for unimportant issues to appear organized, while ignoring key areas that could genuinely improve the business.

Although the user feedback isn’t positive, the leadership stresses on grinding the juice out of the same product. I can understand social media marketing is all about ROI but there should be some dedicated resource and time allocation for sustainable product development.
