Pros
Stellar management values everyone in the company and their ideas. The CEO places higher emphasis on helping people over making money. The products are unique for an MLM, made for camping, prepping and surviving storms and other calamities. Distributors don't have to constantly sell to make this plan work, but if they do, they will earn well. It is possible to put in a minimal effort and still earn some lifelong residual income. Compensation plan is highly complex and designed to spread the wealth as fairly as possible.
Cons
It is sometimes tough to convince people who are jaded by other MLMs that Ready Network is truly different from anything else out there in this industry.
