PH Management is two-faced and toxic since they came from a call center industry and tries to apply what they've experienced there resulting in negative to low assessment score for their first 2 years. Not that it matters because AU Management tolerates it. After the tenured employees got fed up and leave, they hired fresh grads so they have no idea and can't compare to other AU companies. High attrition rate not because they are expanding but because someone is leaving almost every week.
