      USED TO BE A NICE PLACE TO WORK...

      Pros

      Co-workers are great for the most part, casual dress code, used to have great job stability and timely reviews and raises.

      Cons

      The company have gone through too many acquisitions and break away companies in the last few years and lost sight of their most important asset: EMPLOYEES THAT MAKE THE COMPANY VIABLE. Benefits used to awesome, but they got worse each time the company changed hands or alliances, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE NOW IF YOU HAVE A SPOUSE OR FAMILY.

      Stingy and late raises, excessive bureaucracy, not freeway close, aging technology, above average staff turnover, high medical premiums, minimal perks

      A Good Fast Paced Company

      Pros

      I have been working at Real Estate Digital for quite a long time. The work environment is awesome and I love working with all the people at RED. They have lots of very smart proactive and talented people and seem to collaborate very good. Through my many years the collaboration and team work has significantly matured to where things are very organized and clear. Part of this has to do with newer tools/technology that we adopted that brings us together. RED also is stays on top of the latest bleeding edge technology which is awesome. Keep this up!

      Cons

      Though I hate to mention cons, I do wish RED has better benefits (medical) and more rewards/raises. Going through difficult times in the past such as the crash of 08 and the few years thereafter, I understand cutbacks, savings, generally being smart about finance in such tough times. It's the smart thing to do to keep the company alive. However, if the company is doing well and is growing it would be nice if the employees can also enjoy a sigh of gratitude and appreciation.
