if you fly under the radar you can get away with anything and work there a long time.. its easy since any upper management will barely acknowledge you

upper managment is just family and friends.. there are VPs there with titles that dont make any sense and you dont know why they are there.

Was a nice work environment.

Cons

They said they work like they are a family, but when I had an unforseen surgery come up, I was not given the time off and respect that I felt was necessary (doctors orders were blatantly ignored) for my recovery.
