Supportive colleagues, hard working atmosphere, everyone gives their all

Cons

The management team struggles to lead or make a real impact due to the CEO micromanaging and dismissing employees capabilities at all levels. High turnover, largely due to a toxic work environment. We are overworked, with promises of promotions, change, or pay that doesn’t materialize. The culture and leadership practices make it difficult to sustain a healthy career.

None, don’t let the free lunches on Wednesday fool

Cons

Leadership is a disaster, CEO Chuck does not value anyone’s opinions except his own. The 2 VPs are next to worthless. It’s bad when employees ask what they even do. Don’t know one employee who enjoys working here as culture and morale are horrific. Don’t bother trying to collaborate with other employees because you’re constantly being watched by exec leadership. No room for growth even though they will tell you otherwise. Empty promises for promotions that never happen. I could go on, but stay as far away as possible. Don’t let the new “we’re a team” social media posts make you think otherwise.

Great team members and Radiologist who provide excellent patient care.

Cons

The owners and CEO have a complete disregard for staff and do not allow leaders to lead. Mr Stevens will dictate what you do, when you do, even though he strolls in around lunch time every day. And Jaksha will use profanities on the regular, even when talking about his fellow radiologist. High degree of turnover, including 4 HR supervisors in less than two years.
