Remote job. On time salary.

Leadership is horrible. They hired me as Operations Manager in March to expand their India Operations and agent support teams based out of India. At the time I had offers from AMEX but chose REAL as they were offering work from home. Within 3 months leadership team sitting in US decided to fire entire India leadership including the director of India Operations. Not so much as a single offer of support or explanation. Not even allowed to talk to the rest of the team or say good byes. 30 mins to dowlnload documents and that's it. My wife was 38 weeks pregnant and so called leadership was aware that we were expecting a baby within 10 days. Yet they went ahead with the terminations so we couldn't even claim medical insurance.

No growth- you will forget what you knew already, incapable management, politics by senior folks to save themselves instead of constructive team growth, zero work life balance
