too much work in the buildings under his administration the employees are always overworked the local union 670 never does anything about it the free days are not used together as in other buildings but the superintendents have privileges to do it in some of the buildings the employees do not they are a sufficient number especially when other employees call sick because they feel stressed out work increases when there is an increase in vacant apartments holidays an employee works when there should be two buildings are not equipped with good work equipment such as tools and communication Mostly they are old some employees have to buy their own tools especially the handyman's

So many cons. Poor benefits, poor pay for the amount of work given. Upper management is clueless. All of the upper management heads that have been there for years are extremely rude, they send rude emails all the time/passive aggressive emails. No upward mobility. Gross favoritism. Angry tenants. If the city shuts down in emergency for snow, you're still going to work or be forced to take a PTO. and the pto is poor. What more could you want?
