There’s good eggs and bad eggs. Same as everywhere, but it all depends on which manager you get

You get out what you put in and there are loads of deductions on your bonus so a 1900 bonus will easily be changed to 1000

Good for young people leaving villager and looking for a job.

Cons

No work life balance, long hours in the office 5 days a week. Opportunities get dangled but used to keep you in the job. Very unprofessional even from higher members of staff.
