The sales team has too much «power» with no leadership, nor knowledge of what their roles should actually be, leading every other departments to do their job while they play golf on Fridays and being celebrated for their «hard work».
Upper management lacks vision and gets excited to the sound of their own voice as they try to lure their new people to think they are part of something bigger than what the company actually is with their outdated 70-year-old processes, policies, and management team.
HR doesn’t bring much to the table either, but would rather walk-around to check if you’re in office on your 2-day a week hybrid model.
Hard pass.
