Most providers are a great joy to work with Clinical support staff benefits

Cons

No room for growth No in house CEU events / classes Understaffed and at times can cover 2 providers at once Overtime is frowned upon and employees are told to take half days to avoid OT Holiday pay comes out of PTO bank Pay can always be better - negotiate high
