Working at Recooty as a Laravel developer was truly rewarding. The company has a warm and welcoming culture, where the family-like atmosphere makes you feel valued and supported. I had numerous opportunities to learn and grow, which significantly enhanced my skills. The founders are not only approachable but also open to new ideas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Cons
While the overall experience was great, but the work-from-office policy and the focus on time punctuality, which could occasionally feel a bit strict. While these policies are understandable, a bit more flexibility in this area would have been greatly appreciated.
