      -A lot of new experiences for beginners. -Supporting colleagues, leaders, supervisors and officer. -Easy to apply leaves. -Staff apartment is provided.

      Cons

      -Salary is quite low and OT is limited. -Didn’t have promotion opportunities. -Not much benefit provided.
