The coaching sessions mentioned were introduced as an entirely optional opportunity for personal and professional development for team members who wished to participate. They were never mandatory, and confidentiality was always expected and respected. We take the wellbeing and privacy of our staff very seriously and would not tolerate the sharing of personal information discussed in confidence. If any employee ever felt uncomfortable with any aspect of these sessions, we would always encourage them to raise this directly with management so that it could be addressed appropriately at the time.
