Unprofessional management, poorly ordered and organized, worked with them as a recruiter freelancer, they try to do everything to reject all your candidates, no matter what, do not recommend, they require a photo from all candidates because they do not accept all ethnicities, i companies i know never require a photo from the candidate.

They put all the risk to recruiter, required recruiter to be available between 20-40 hours a week, but not paying them per hours. Instead, by placement made. Not a fair deal. Hiring foreigner recruiters that unable to get a job in Europe due to racism and discrimination as 'international' recruiters, but putting job ads for Team Lead/Manager role in Dutch. Purposely only hiring Dutch in the management/permanent role. Not a great place to work at, more into a place manipulating foreigners.
