      - good office environment - supportive - room for growth - never boring - many opportunities to branch out and expand responsibilities - get to work with David

      Cons

      - fast paced, which isn't always a bad thing

      The most organized small company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      -Can wok as hard as I want, and get paid accordingly -Multiple responsibilities even at entry level -Easy to discuss issues and everyone get's an opinion -Great coworkers

      Cons

      -small company, so if someone doesn't get along it can be hard -everyone is expected to have more than one job, so official titles can be confusion

      Supportive management, but stagnant career growth

      Pros

      higher management is approachable, helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      pretty stagnant, you could be working for them for 5-8years and you're still in the same position with just a bit higher pay. No other benefits, you work you get paid, that's it.
