Appointments are sketchy, made by very outta the USA call centers with goofy accents. That does not fly with many merchants and turns them off.
So there is a built in negative to overcome with their set appointments. Cold calls are better. residual is only 25% of Profit, but profit is also negatively skewed.
They have a ton of up-line taking a cut diluting profit. So it's not a true %25 of profit. More like 25% of profit -1% that obvious if you know the industry. There is a definite lack of transparency.
Management does not always follow through with support and materials, and tends to prevaricate to cover the corporate big wigs.
It is clear the customer is not first here... the payline of the managers and ceo's who are leaching on the gravy train is the obvious priority.
There are plenty of Merchant providers out there who are transparent and pay fairly. Do your homework
Lots of good merchant cos out there are paying 50% residuals.
They encourage predatory leasing and and are flat out rude to customers at times.
