Pros

Great people to work with, everyone is really nice and very agreeable, and open to collaboration as well as helping out. The culture is a mix of both traditional and modern. HR projects are based on a very strong OD framework, combining scientific and intuitive approach to talent management and employee engagement. Performers get recognized easily and you can move up if you really put in the work. The love for the brand is strong, employees are really engaged and are quite participative. Compensation is usually more than the market.

Cons

Most deliverables focus is on creating new projects and initiatives, but forget to make previous initiatives consistent, so the tendency is tasks snowball into a big pile, making everyone feel overworked. This is on top of day-to-day tasks. Minimum performance is not assessed as "meets expectations" - you have to work more than your expected role, and this is sometimes subjective.
