Co-workers are great and supportive Benefits are awesome Pay is good Company culture is great, even for remote employees philanthropy programs are great
Small and nimble, no overhead like with a large company. If we need to adjust on the fly we do it, and I can work largely unsupervised with weekly check-ins.
Cons
They move fast - it's a lot of hours per day (way more than 8) to get the job done. It will eventually cause me to leave, they need to hire way more people for the jobs they are taking on from customers.
