Cons

- Communication between departments can be rough, but on the road to improvement - You will have to work some retail hours to be truly successful and grow into management - Only promote from within the company, so even if you qualify for management, you need to start from the bottom. However, you qualify for management after 60 days, and makes sense to learn the trade before you teach people on how to do it. - If you're not energetic, driven, and care about people, you won't be successful

Pros

Vlad the CFO is the only working part of this start up. If you work for RED listen to everything he says. No one else.

Cons

They will lie and manipulate you to thinking you have a future with the company. They take advantage of ambitous young people. Nothing is guaranteed and no pay for the initial 2 week long training. Not to mention it is February 10th and I have not received my 1099 for 2015 which is illegal...
