Pros

very few learning oppourtunity.

Cons

Top management hell bount on keeping thier favorite employess and paying them more and even give them the chance to work on latest technologies. Where as few like me underpaid, made work like a donkey and finally let go the entire team.

Pros

• Join only if you don’t have a better option elsewhere. • Supportive and friendly colleagues. • Earlier had remote work flexibility, but now policies are changing and becoming stricter. • Salary offered is good compared to market standards.

Cons

management. • Frequent layoffs even though the company operates on a small scale. • Two rounds of layoffs occurred this year alone. • Projects are always rushed, with unrealistic deadlines. • No proper work-life balance due to constant pressure and urgency for releases.
