Pros

Redapt is a company that truly cares about its clients. We do everything in our power to ensure they’re happy, even if that means bending over backwards to meet their needs. Thankfully, the vast majority of our clients are appreciative of the quality service we provide.

Cons

The work comes at you in waves. It’s fast-paced, so it can be overwhelming if you lose focus.

Even though I haven’t been at Redapt as long as others, I feel that working for this company has been an amazing move for my career. There’s just so much to learn every day, and plenty of opportunities to take advantage of. The pay is very good and the benefits are excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better opportunity.

Cons

Onboarding isn’t the greatest. You’re left to largely fend for yourself (that’s how it feels at least). The company has plenty of resources to help you succeed, but you need to seek them out yourself for the most part.
