Pros

NO PROS. Endless Layoffs, No Direction

Cons

1. Layoffs occur every 6 months, regardless of performance or tenure. 2. Past contributions and years of service are not considered—long-serving employees are often laid off without hesitation. 3. RSUs and stock options sound good on paper, but in reality, very few employees stay long enough to benefit due to the high churn and layoff cycles. 4. Newly hired senior leaders often prioritize politics and gossip over actual leadership. Some actively work to replace established team members to secure their own influence. 5. Leadership in tech lacks vision—teams are told to move fast with no clear strategy or goals. 6. Taking parental, maternity, or extended leave can put your role at risk if someone fills in during your absence. 7. Once your salary is deemed “too high,” you’re at risk of being replaced by cheaper junior employees. 8. There is no real feedback culture. Escalating to HR typically leads nowhere. 9. No 360-degree feedback—your job depends on keeping your manager happy, not on performance. 10. Reorgs happen every 6 months, often changing your reporting structure and team, forcing you to repeatedly prove yourself or face layoffs.

Pros

good people which they are firing currently.

Cons

the person who works will get overloaded with more work. They will ask you to create strong goals and OKR's which at the end is useless in terms of bonus and hike. procastinators will get benefitted. temp fix work always. Leadership is misleading employees and doesnt have justification for anything they do. bad politics in office. biasedness is there with teams. very slow in terms of there admin or HR related work but firing and events management is in speed. Managers are promoted without looking at there skillset and work, Just because person is good he / she can be a manager at work. Managers are credit hogger. taking credit for work done by others. not appreciating employee. donkey work ideas are given by managers not open to listen anything. There are people who have completed more that 3-4 years they consider themselves as lord and as if they pay the employee. Monitoring all small details like how much breaks are taken and for how much time. where they are going. what are they doing. how many times they are offline. trying to control person like a robot.

Pros

NO PROS Redaptive is a sinking ship pretending to sail smoothly. Leadership has no clear vision and runs the company based on gut feelings and internal politics. Layoffs happen almost every quarter, with zero transparency or accountability. Talented people are brought in only to be let go without reason or warning. The culture is toxic, morale is nonexistent, and the only thing consistent is chaos. Avoid unless you're into instability and disappointment. Endless Layoffs, No Direction – A Revolving Door of Talent

Cons

Toxic Culture with Zero Direction. Simply gutter company No work life balance - You have to work Indian hours and US hour both Endless Layoffs, every quater
