Pros

The pet industry is very secure and not subject to downturns like many others, so Redbarn is a job you can count on having long-term. The company is growing, family-owned, and a fun place to work. The owners and management value people at all levels of the company and if you have ambition, there are no limits to your growth.

Cons

You must be employed for one year to qualify for 401K

Pros

You feel part of the "family" when you work for Redbarn Pet Products. The owners are involved on a daily basis, either in the office or frequent visits to the manufacturing facilities. They encourage you to make suggestions/recommendations to help improve the business as if you were the business owner too! Fun environment creating food, treats, and chews for our furry family members - plus seeing adorable photos and videos of pets all day!

Cons

Average benefits package but does include health, dental, vision and pet insurance.
