-A mission that I connect with, and an ethical company -An environment where you can work both autonomously, and collaboratively. Lots of ability to create, and to make existing things better. Impactful work -Remote across the organization. Reddit has some offices that people are welcome to go to -Great pay and benefits -Work/life balance. You can work 40 hours a week. Just be awesome in that time. I am encouraged to take time off. People at Reddit check in with me, and vice versa. It's pretty wonderful -The most phenomenal people that I've ever worked with. No egos. People care about each other -A/b test. Fail fast. Get up and try something else. New initiative? Do your homework, get buy-in, test it, land it -An environment that encourages open feedback. It's refreshing, and lead to personal and professional growth
Cons
I really can't complain. In contrast with other organizations in my past 20+ year tenure. Reddit is an absolute dream
