      Supportive team and generous AI tools, but tough competition

      Pros

      Nice people, good product and very liberal in terms of AI tools provided by the management: from Claude & Glean to Codex & Cursor, everyone gets access to best AI tools with very generous limits.

      Cons

      Very unstable higher leadership, lots of changes! Sometimes it becomes extremely difficult to sell the product because of the tough competition from hyperscalers and our own OSS product, Also, the Redis Cloud platform has a lot of room to improve.
