No work-life balance. Have to work On N number of projects at the same time. Have to work at least 16 hrs per day. Have to work on the ticketing system. Tasks and have to replay to everyone in the slack channel. That too spread across above 100 slack channels. You will get thousands of messages and emails each day. If you missed replaying any of these then it will be a nightmare for you. Moreover, they are treating employees like slaves. You have to forget about your peaceful sleep. Whenever they call. You have to start working. No matter whether it is your 2.30 am or 3.30 am. The team leads are not good. They are always talking in a commanding tone. The projects are from the United States so, you have to work at night to handle the support tickets and, in the morning, you have to work on your asana tasks to complete. If you missed meeting the timelines of tasks that will be another nightmare for you. People are leaving the organization just because of the above reasons. Still the management saying they are the best company in the world.
