Fix Career Development Framework for Transparency - So you can climb up the levels at your own pace If you are lucky, you will have some nice managers and a team to work with (I was!) Good opportunity for career progression. 9 months Probation which gives you a good amount of time to prove yourself. You have to be really bad to be kicked out!

Cons

Could provide more access to other job portals to find quality candidates. Commission structure could be better A bit stingy. Should have a budget for high performing teams and to entertain clients. Could be a lot more diverse. iLearn courses were not useful at all.
