--the most show-off and superficial managers one may ever come across in a lifetime --absolutely no fairplay : the team members thrive only for personal recognition, without bothering about the product's reputation --no work ethic: people with real intellect get slow-poisoned by depression after months of ineffiicient debugging to let the product run only momentarily, knowing that the same debugging would bring error few more months down the line --poor level of training for new joinees

1. EMEA team culture is not good and no more work life balance. 2. If you joined as developer then you will get to solve defect only no more development. 3. Don't join this company as many of colleagues also resigned one by one considering it as biggest mistake of their career. 4. Manager will give unrealistic deadlines to client and everyday wasting 45 mins in stand up meeting. Because of unnecessary escalation. 5. Creates unwanted pressure and doing nano management. 6. No more presense of good managerial practices due to orthodox behavior. 7. Manager will insult you anytime and anywhere Don't have mutual respect for employee.
