Pros
The employees are very nice. Management takes a lot of time to choose great talent that will work well as a team.
Cons
Reform is a great company and they have been in the NYC for 10 yrs but they still function like a start-up.

- No micromanaging - Very independent - Trusted to do your work - manageable work load
Cons
- not clear growth patterns - not clear expectations - management is unclear on goals. They change every week with urgency. - use scare tactics to create motivation - can not survive off pay
