Passionate people hindered by disorganization and poor leadership

-lovely people to work with who are passionate about the cause

Cons

-very disorganised -SLT not qualified for their big roles -A lot of failures by SLT to address organisation funding gap and anti-racism issues -Awful office culture with everyone expected to be silent

Amazing team working tirelessly to support refugees and asylum seekers in the UK and to improve the understanding of the general UK population about human stories behind the facts and figures.

Cons

Not really any cons. It is a pretty brilliantly run charity.
