Pros
Refund advantage as some of the worse people working for them. The CEO should be FIRED!!!!!! he is so lame he will not post his or her name on any of their sites.
Cons
poor customer service, poor I.T. staff, any time I call I get put on hold for 45 plus minutes and when I finally get someone on the phone they have no ideal how to resolve any issues
