- One on one training (if needed for tasks) - Supportive Team, help is avaliable when it is needed - Awesome team lead and management (working with my team is my favourite part) - Flexible shifts (because life happens) - Friendly, open company atmosphere (personality and qualities are as important as skills, if not even more important because skills can be gained) - Feels like the company values its employees as much as it does for its customers -I have found I have been given task opportunites I may not have had a chance to do in other places -Communication, questions and ideas are valued here
