they do not value provider staff, have on several occasions "downsized staff" with no communication- I came to work and was told that my last day was that day and they would pay me until the end of the day Another peer worked contract and had to seek legal representation to attempt to get paid for the work he completed

Cummington is a beautiful campus if you love the outdoors. You'll be living in the woods eventually so prepare while you're there.

company acquisition ever witnessed between Vertava Health and Regard Recovery. Company let the staff know of the sale right after New Years Eve, however, it occurred in October. Inpatient fees went up 25% and quality of service is dependent on the caring and dedicated staff. Pay for new hires has decreased. For example, a Therapist is getting paid about 9,000 less now. Benefits have nothing to offer for the cost. Company and Supervisors don't support staff, decreased available resources for patient care, and employee moral is at its worse. Often a person will resign within in a year. Overall this company displays signs of being a Tax Shelter. See how it develops in 4 years and maybe apply at that time.
