      friendly atmosphere, no pressure to get work done

      Cons

      a lot of mismanagement helped in the decline of the company and finally was acquired by another.

      It was always a great environment to work in. Never too noisy and everyone was always polite.

      Cons

      Manangement was too lax. Also having two sides of investor relations was odd.

      Relaxed but productive environment. Nice people from janitor to CEO.

      Cons

      They made some bad mistakes. Was acquired by computershare. We only had 7 months and most of the jobs were not transferred
