      Pros

      Great work environment in the office, supportive

      Cons

      Pyramid scheme, promise you to move up in the company and you literally go selling door to door six days a week for long hours. Gets difficult when the weather is bad and people do not want to purchase Verizon fios or another brand. Not worth it if you have more than a high school diploma. Still not even worth it then.

      Pros

      Company is very welcoming, they help you along the way, give you the tools you need. Fast paced enviroment but a ton of communications involved. I have gained so many great skills.

      Hard Work but Worth it

      Pros

      Listen if your fresh out of college and looking to DIP yourself in the customer service and manager positions then this is where you should start. Everything I learned is what I took to my next Job. And I keep using what I was taught everyday.

      Cons

      It may be hard at times and you probably will get lazy but its the real world if you can work at Reign Management I know you can work any where else.
