Pros

Average Pay and most people seemed professional and pleasant. You can do better at another company with solid work. Be sure to get a sign-on bonus since you will need to cover yourself once the work dries up in 6 months.

Cons

no new business sense in the contracting space. worried about company culture over getting work. poor communication between all levels. not-ready for prime time.

Pros

Free catered lunch every Tuesday, free breakfast every Friday, bunch of free snacks every day, free drinks everyday, probably the best coffee machine around for coffee lovers (makes Starbucks comparable latte, macchiato, expresso, regular coffee). Everyone seems very friendly. The company goes above and beyond to take care of its people; mostly made up of Engineers, Developers, and Scientists. If you need to take a quick nap during lunch, they have huge bean bags. Also, if/when you have down time, you're free to play a video games; few games available. The office has the feel of a silicon valley office; encourages creativity. The company allows for a hybrid work schedule. The management team is great, approachable, and actually values inputs from its people. They're very much focused on growing in size and developing their people along the way.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a con.

Pros

Small business doing innovative technology and SW solutions making an impact in National Security; we do fun things and take care of employees. Some examples of why RGi is a great place to work: we have a culture of employees helping each other, RGi leadership works hard to help move employees to other projects when they want, at the beginning of the pandemic RGi gave every employee some money to spend as they wanted to help set up a home office, all employees just received a company hoodie shipped to their house. The little things add up and differentiate us from other companies.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons; RGi is a great company

Small, tight-knit group with a good culture. I felt like I knew everyone at the company. Good work-life balance.

Not always the most cutting edge or interesting work.

Pros

Employee Centric Work Culture that reassures the company's first priority is YOU. (you're not just a number) Excellent Benefits. Strong Leadership with endless knowledge Established Work Culture and values the company models to be Friendly co-worker environment with many opportunities for out of work activities (book club, Softball, etc)

Cons

I think the only con would be we are a small company, but that isn't necessarily a con. If anything its a positive because I had the chance to be apart of a company while its still in its infancy in the grand scheme.
