In this instance, we'd like to clarify that the Rs 300 collected for a t-shirt was for a voluntary cricket league and the cricket team all agreed to pool funds to purchase t-shirts. We do not require our staff to purchase company-branded items and we often give away company swag for free. We are very proud of the extracurricular activities that our teams coordinate to create connectedness and engagement, but these activities are always voluntary.
