During interview discussions there were a lot of reference to cloud and other niche technologies to choosing technologies that you can work on, challenging problems to solve, onsite opportunities and eventual settlement in a foreign land, etc., only to excite new joiners and tempt them join the company. One understands the reality during the course of everyday work life. It does not take any sane person very long to realise most of what was said during interview were true lies. Trust me; you will never go atleast a hundred miles anywhere near cloud technology during your day-to-day work. Every single piece of work is pure pain in the wrong place. You will spend half of your career here doing nothing but bug fixing. Some take weeks to get fixed. They work mostly on technologies which have no or very little relevance in the outside world. Other companies have developed similar technologies and platforms which are much more robust, stable and versatile and offer them to clients at a fraction of the cost. There are two apocryphally renowned pillars who have to be pleased at all times - if you don’t want yourself in danger. Since these two musketeers have a degree of patronage with the investors they are invulnerable to any action. A majority of the employees who have left the organisation is due to these legends. In spite of the story being known to investors, no action or initiative is ever taken. Most of the knowledgeable lot have quit the organisation already. You may still find some people who are technically reasonable and good, but they are either too acclimatized to the environment or earn too much to move out. Higher management lacks the ability and aptitude to make impartial business decisions.

u will get salary every month end (u will work with half minded person every month by thinking of why they r deducting 8000 Rs from ur salary).

Worst. birth place of politics. Please read it carefully one by one for ur career: HR Team/Finance team: they dnt even knw the meaning of HR word, they r completely biased to the management. they dnt have proper communication between employees / anyone. **in case if u r choosing this company for not having any other offer, remember this, while discussing with HR regarding for the package please go for salary not for JOINING BONUS or ur will get trapped they will deduct taxes from bonus, u will get lesser than what u discussed**. JOINING BONUS will be around 50K to 1Lacs. **if u dnt like the organisation u cannot leave until 1 year completion if u leave before that u have to pay entire bonus amount to finance team** u will not get the salary as per salary slip, it wont get tally around 8k to 10k they will show u lot of reasons still they say its fixed salary but paid like variable pay. most of ur salary will go for taxes there r many options to save taxes but they wont do anything to u. Projects/Leads: this company has potential clients but technologies r old, if u r good at something they wont let u to do so they will expect everything from u in less time. if u do well, they will assign more work to u, they wont appreciate ur work. Only footlickers will get quarterly award or monthly awards. i dnt knw if Mr.puneet (CEO) knws all these or what! he is good man but the people who r working below LEADS/DIRECTORS most of them r biased. directors r pushing all leads in wrong way, those who r poor/genuine leads r listening them just to save their jobs. Teams: They dnt have professional developers / designers / testers. if u ask why ? they will say our employees can do everything. those who r reading this comment please check this company official website which is 100% lie u will knw it. they will lie like they have plenty of projects, pufffft!!!! NOTHING LIKE THAT, they dnt have it. they r lying to their clients. Actually, there is no testing team, i am still wondering how they r delivering products to the clients. Career growth: BIG NO!!!!!! Stop imagining if u r planning to join here! this is birth place of politics, favoritism, humiliation. first two years r harder than what u think, they will humiliate u in every quarter just to make u suffer and break ur confidence level so that they can simply say ur performance is poor. i have seen juniors r playing well in politics here. if u knw how to play then u can join here, footlickers will not get assigned any tasks or work, they can roam in office in business hours. if any pressure from management regarding for time management then simply will arrange a meeting to warn them. they r very strict for genuine employees, they will expect more than 8 working hours from genuine employees. there is no proper working hours they call it flexible, they dnt knw the meaning of flexible. we r working/worked more than 12 hours everyday. Work from home/leave: yesss! they will give u wfh/leave option every month twice but u cant take it continuously that option is strictly for bootlickers. Perks: no team outing, no team lunch, no snacks, no free cabs. they will give u sodexo food coupon which is optional, no proper leave policies. Health insurance: insurance for u & family member (i.e spouse / with kids / parents) Its up-to 2 lacs, for maternity u can claim up-to 35000 Rs (Its very low compare to other companies). Job Security: Hell NO!! careful if u r a family man/ with no background / from poor family. Please think twice. brother/sisters/friends: It took 1 hour from my precious time to write this review, try to consider my words before u attend the interview / join here.

Pros

Never seen any in my 4 months life with RL

Cons

1. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, their own product is useless.
