      Fear-based Company Culture

      Coworkers at Relios are typically hardworking professionals with brilliant ideas and a knack for creativity.

      Cons

      The Leadership Team uses fear-based tactics and micromanagement to spur employees. They will request projects to be completed in impossibly short time frames while undermining employees at every turn. High turnover rate.

      Creativity is difficult to critique as well as foster. When work is done outside guidelines and must be redone, rework can be immediate and cause emotional stress. Fortunately this type of situation is happening less and less as a result of more collaboration, continuous learning and integrity. Thank you for your feedback.

      growing company great exciting and beautiful, trend-setting products

      Cons

      terrible leadership; excessively negative and sarcastic owner and some of upper management, not only in one-on-one interactions but also in front of entire groups of peers; very short-term view of employees. expectation of all employees to work extraordinary number of hours. very low pay rates, and substandard benefits package

      Sometimes there is a disagreement in values, expectations and/or personalities. With over 200 employees and over 40 years in business, naturally not everyone will work out nor have a great experience at Relios. However by far, most do. Thanks for your feedback.
