      nothing really the management isnt credible

      they suddenly out of the blue laid off like half the company even people who are really good performers out of the blue in a 5 minute zoom call after the workday and then immediately disconnected our laptops . This was super unexpected and they let go of people who they hired within a span of 2-3 months . For a company which pretends to preach unreasonable hospitality this might be the worst experience ever

      The leadership at this company is defined by a severe lack of vision and professional maturity, making it a difficult environment for anyone seeking growth or stability. The organization is heavily influenced by nepotism, with unqualified family members maintained in high-level positions while experienced, hig performing employees are let go. This was most evident in a recent mass layoff that eliminated nearly 90% of the staff including the core talent responsible for building the company’s products while the family led management remained untouched. Without a fundamental shift toward meritocracy and strategic planning, the company’s direction remains unsustainable.
