There is a lot of room for improvement and it would be a great challenge, specially if the industry is meant to grow

Unprofessional, unorganized, no time to definitely fix recurring problem, closed enterprise, not open to change, low pay rate, excessive control on everything, old school thinking, using obsolete unproductive software, no positive reinforcement on job done
