The workload is well balanced, allowing me to learn, grow, and contribute without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it's a great environment for anyone looking to develop their skills while working with kind and motivated people.

      Pros

      From day one, you can feel a very distinct and positive energy that sets this company apart. The work environment is exceptionally healthy, but what truly makes the difference is the genuine attention given to the individual. Management places a high level of trust in your abilities, even as a Junior, which is incredibly motivating. The feedback loop is constant and, most importantly, constructive; managers don't just point out areas for improvement—they provide guidance in a way that is never critical but always aimed at helping you grow. It’s a place where you feel genuinely supported and encouraged to reach your full potential every single day.

      To be honest, I haven't encountered any significant downsides during my time here so far. It’s a very well-balanced environment.
