Pros

Great people, excellent working environment. It was a great feeling knowing you were contributing to cancer research.

Cons

The benefits were average. The executives did not really pay attention to how things were going. Lots of unhappy customers due to poorly run projects and mismanaged contracts. Company eventually closed their doors due to lack of cash.

Pros

The company is driven and visionary led by a talented team of leaders. The employees are passionate about permanently improving health science/healthcare for the future. The technology is groundbreaking. The pay is good, and the benefits are great. Work-life balance is also good.

Cons

The company is still pretty new and they are still trying to find their footing. Some things feel a little unorganized and sometimes chaotic, but I have seen great improvements. Although the technology behind the software is amazing, some of the tools and UI are not very user friendly and could be improved to run much smoother.
