      Pros

      RED Group is an awesome place to work! The pay and benefits are solid, and it’s clear they really value what each person brings to the table. Leadership actually listens to feedback and makes changes, which builds a lot of trust. The culture is all about putting employees first—you really feel supported and appreciated here. They’re also flexible when life happens, which makes it easier to keep a good work-life balance. You can tell they truly care about their team and want everyone to succeed.

      Pros

      People, culture, processes. Hands down this is the best place to work if you are looking to surround yourself good people, and a company who goes out of their way to provide a fun workplace. Also have a continuous process improvement program in place and seek feedback from everyone at the company for input. The workload variety is fun as well.

      I have nothing bad to say. Competitive pay and benefits. Good managers.
