- Flexible schedule - Close relationships with team, manager, and higher-ups - Performance reviews and acknowledgement - Excellent people, skilled and knowledgeable and super kind

Cons

- Interogranizational communication is lacking - Return to office mandates - Layoffs - Not great pay, not incentivized for going above and beyond unless you like thank yous

Remotelock was my stepping stone into information security. Provided great hands on experience for physical security as well as account management and integrations with cloud platform partners.

Cons

Not a bad thing to say.
