      Great place to make positive difference, they had an amazing culture and passion.

      Cons

      Was not as stable as I expected or thought, lost contracts lead to instabilty and unfortunate forced layoffs.

      - you are family and are treated as such, everyone steps up to make things work if you go a man down while deployed for emergency reasons - above average pay - minimal BS work, you are paid to good at what the customer wants not additional duties
